#1511 A-LINE SKIRT IN TWO LENGTHS [Sizes 6-26] Show off your love for classic style in a modern a-line skirt that boasts details you'll use in every garment you sew. After this pattern, you'll have the skills to fit and sew most any basic skirt. Get the tricks to make a perfect center back zipper, waistline and hem. The a-line shape flatters most every figure. This wardrobe staple is professional, fun, and ready for any hack you want to add. Skirt has front and back darts, back zipper closure and faced waist. Knee and above knee lengths.

Suggested fabric: Cotton or poly/cotton. Wovens (not knit). No diagonals or stripes.

Notions: All-purpose polyester thread, one 9" zipper (not invisible zip and no metal teeth), wash-away basting tape, four cones of polyester serger thread (optional).
